The Challenge
21 Buttons is a fashion social network where you can both share your outfits and earn money as you discover, buy, save and combine all the most closely related looks to your style. One of the projects were dedicated to build meaningful, encouraging, one-on-one relationships with users which App Personalization can help to build.
User Personas & Surveys
After personal interviews and surveys we found out that the great majority of UK (76,2%), French (72,2%) and Spain (63,6%) users want to get more personalized content & are ready to share more of their personal information with 21 Buttons.
Personalisation doesn't care about putting customers into segments. It concerns itself with collecting data and learning as much as possible about each individual customer, so it can respond to each unique need in real time.
Design Thinking
We applied Design Thinking process and were having design sessions with multidisciplinary teams which not typically work together.
User Flow & Iterations
